Terms of Service

You agree to comply with these Terms and applicable law. If you use EasyQR on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If applicable law treats you as a minor, you may use the Service only with authorization and supervision required by that law. EasyQR does not establish a separate numeric minimum age in these Terms pending owner and legal review.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for access you grant to organization members. Notify EasyQR through the contact page if you believe an account has been compromised.

EasyQR provides free static QR tools and an account-based platform for creating and managing dynamic QR codes. Account features include permanent EasyQR short links, editable destination URLs, QR names and colors, folders, campaign parameters, organization access, a dashboard, and scan analytics where available. The public site also includes a Blog and administrator-published SEO Pages.

A dynamic QR code points to an EasyQR short link. When scanned, that link looks up the QR code's current saved destination and returns a temporary redirect. Changing the destination does not change the printed QR image or its assigned short code. Static QR codes encode their content directly and cannot be changed after download or printing.

Features vary by plan and may change prospectively. References to planned features do not promise that they will be released. EasyQR does not promise permanent or uninterrupted availability.

The current Free plan allows one organization member and up to three dynamic QR codes, with unlimited scans and basic analytics. No payment card is required. Free tools may also be used without an account, except features such as EasyQR-hosted PDF uploads that require sign-in.

Plan limits and features may evolve prospectively. A change in plan limits does not by itself rewrite an already printed QR image. Current plan details are shown on the Pricing page.

EasyQR offers recurring Pro and Business subscriptions with higher dynamic QR code limits, additional organization seats, and other features described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions may be offered monthly or annually. Current prices, limits, and included features are displayed at the time of purchase rather than fixed in these Terms.

EasyQR may change prices or plan features prospectively. Changes to an existing paid subscription will be handled through the billing terms and notices presented by EasyQR or Stripe, subject to applicable law.

Recurring billing

Stripe processes EasyQR subscriptions. By starting a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method provided for the recurring subscription and applicable taxes until cancellation. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period unless canceled before renewal.

Managing a subscription

Organization owners and administrators can open the Stripe customer portal from the Billing page to manage the subscription, invoices, and payment method. Plan changes for an organization with an active subscription are handled through that portal to avoid duplicate subscriptions. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period unless Stripe presents a different effective date.

Downgrades and plan limits

If an organization has more QR codes than its new plan permits, every existing code continues redirecting and recording scans, subject to these Terms and Service availability, but only the number allowed by the current plan remains editable. The organization can choose which codes remain editable. A seat-limit downgrade does not automatically remove existing members, but additional members cannot be added until the organization is within its limit or upgrades.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, EasyQR may continue paid access during a temporary grace period while payment is retried. If payment remains unresolved, the organization may be returned to Free-plan limits. Existing dynamic codes continue redirecting, subject to these Terms, even when editing and paid features are limited.

Refunds

You are solely responsible for destination URLs, linked content, campaign parameters, files, and other information configured through your account. You must have all rights and permissions required to use that content and must keep destinations safe, accurate, lawful, and accessible.

EasyQR's redirect to a user-selected destination is not an endorsement of that destination, its owner, its content, or any transaction offered there. EasyQR may reject unsafe URL schemes and may disable links or accounts as described below.

You may not use or attempt to use EasyQR to:

• Engage in illegal activity or facilitate violations of law
• Distribute malware, harmful code, phishing pages, credential-theft tools, or malicious redirects
• Commit fraud, impersonate another person or organization, or create deceptive payment pages
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or defame another person
• Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or information
• Send spam or use QR destinations for unsolicited or abusive messaging
• Interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Circumvent plan limits, access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization

EasyQR may investigate suspected abuse and may suspend an account, disable a QR code, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

When a plan is described as including unlimited scans, EasyQR does not impose an arbitrary scan-volume cap on ordinary, legitimate customer traffic. This promise does not require EasyQR to accept automated abuse, denial-of-service activity, fraudulent or manipulated traffic, bots intended to damage the Service, security attacks, or attempts to overwhelm infrastructure. EasyQR may filter, rate-limit, or block abusive traffic while seeking to preserve legitimate scans.

EasyQR intends to provide a reliable Service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, zero downtime, permanent availability, or a service-level commitment unless a separate written agreement expressly provides one.

A scan may fail or produce an unexpected result because of internet connectivity, camera or device compatibility, print size or quality, damaged materials, lighting, third-party outages, inaccessible external destinations, a paused or archived code, account enforcement, maintenance, or other circumstances outside EasyQR's control. Test every QR code in its intended printed form before distribution.

EasyQR scan totals, unique-scan estimates, device categories, referral details, and approximate location data are provided for informational purposes. They may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, affected by privacy controls, or include automated and repeat traffic. A scan is not necessarily a unique person. EasyQR analytics may differ from Google Analytics, destination-site analytics, advertising reports, or other measurement systems, and are not guaranteed to be error-free.

You retain ownership of content you provide, including destination information, names, descriptions, logos, PDFs, support attachments, and other assets. You grant EasyQR a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You represent that you own or have permission to use uploaded materials and that EasyQR's processing of them as instructed by you will not violate law or another person's rights. Do not upload confidential material to a public PDF link.

EasyQR and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, interfaces, documentation, branding, logos, and proprietary elements. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. EasyQR does not claim ownership of your destination websites or uploaded assets.

EasyQR uses or connects with third-party services, including Stripe for billing, Lovable Cloud for hosted database, authentication and storage, Lovable for infrastructure and transactional email, Google sign-in, and Google Tag Manager. QR destinations may lead to other third-party services chosen by users. EasyQR does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, security, or availability. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.

You may stop using EasyQR and cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls. The application does not currently offer self-service deletion of the entire authentication account and all related records; requests may be submitted through the contact page or to camradcompany@gmail.com.

EasyQR may suspend or terminate access, restrict features, or disable specific QR codes for a material violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, abuse, a security threat, unpaid subscription balances, legal requirements, or risk to users or the Service. Where reasonably practical and legally permitted, EasyQR may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue, but immediate action may be necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." EasyQR disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. EasyQR does not warrant perfect uptime, complete or flawless analytics, permanent device or format compatibility, uninterrupted third-party destinations, or particular business, marketing, revenue, or engagement results. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyQR and its owners, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service, even if advised that such damages are possible. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EasyQR and its owners, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, unlawful or harmful QR destinations, uploaded or linked content, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms. EasyQR will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and may control its defense and settlement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. The forum and venue for disputes must be completed after owner and legal review.

EasyQR may update these Terms prospectively as the Service or applicable requirements change. The Last Updated date will identify the latest revision. When appropriate, EasyQR may provide additional notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without EasyQR's consent; EasyQR may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. These Terms and any incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning the Service unless a separate written agreement applies.
