Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

EasyQR offers a Free plan that includes 3 dynamic QR codes with unlimited scans and no expiration, and paid plans starting at $5 per month. Current plan details and limits are listed on the pricing page.

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• If a payment fails, we may limit paid features after a grace period.
• We may change pricing or plan limits with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

Printed QR codes often stay in circulation for years. EasyQR is designed so that existing dynamic QR codes continue redirecting to their last saved destination if you downgrade or cancel a paid plan, subject to these Terms and continued availability of the Service.

When your account exceeds the limits of your current plan, editing is restricted. Codes beyond your plan's allowance become read-only: they keep redirecting, but you cannot change their destination until you upgrade or reduce your number of codes. Analytics and other paid features may also be limited to your current plan.

We do not guarantee perpetual operation of any redirect. Codes may stop working if the Service is discontinued, if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, or if a code is deleted by you.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content
• Deceive scanners about the destination or nature of a link
• Host or link to illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights
• Harass, threaten, or defame others
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or security controls
• Scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts, or disable specific QR codes, that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or create risk for other users.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including destination URLs, titles, and uploaded materials. You grant EasyQR a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to use the content you submit.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by EasyQR and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. QR Code is a registered trademark of Denso Wave Incorporated; EasyQR is not affiliated with or endorsed by Denso Wave.

EasyQR provides free tools such as static QR generators and printable sign templates. Static QR codes cannot be edited after they are printed, and materials you download are yours to use. Free tools are provided as-is and may change or be discontinued at any time.

The Service integrates with third parties including Stripe for payments, Google for optional sign-in, and email delivery and analytics providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or the destinations your QR codes point to.

We work to keep EasyQR available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyQR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid EasyQR in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyQR and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued service creates risk to EasyQR or its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and associated data may be deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
